I went to the Target near my work and I saw this army guy there who was in charge of the shopping carts. He inspired this doodle above.

Target is scary enough already! The Target in Burbank has these special carts that lock up if you take them out of the parking lot. That guy is so ready to use a grenade on some cart stealer!
